    What are Forever Roses ?

    Preserved roses are real roses that are harvested and treated to last for years have many names. Forever roses, eternity roses, forever roses, infinity rose, roses that never die or preserved roses are among those names that you will often find. Whatever the name may be, the finest quality can be found only with us at The Modern Rose.

    Are these preserved roses real?

    Yes, the flowers are 100% naturally grown roses. They are cultivated and grown in the rich, volcanic soils of Ecuador. We source the best flowers available for all of our products. These are real, forever roses preserved in a way so that they will last for years.

    Does Forever Rose really last that long?

    Yes, our forever roses can last up to a  year if a few simple rules are followed:

    • Limit touching
    • No direct sunlight
    • No water

    Touching is really the worst thing for preserved flowers, so we suggest keeping it at a minimum to allow them to last as long as possible.

    All environments are different, and the forever roses will be affected differently by them. Some climates may allow for a longer lasting rose, while others may not. Heating, air conditioning, humidity, and many other factors of an environment can affect these roses.

    How to preserve a rose?

    Preserving a rose requires many stages and processes in order to maintain the original form and beauty of the rose, yet extend it’s longevity. Stage one is cultivating and sourcing the finest species of the flower at right time. Followed by a re-hydration process where the rose is immersed in glycerin and other herbal solutions. The process of dying the roses with various colors is the final step.

    Where do your flowers come from ?

    Our flowers are sourced from the finest farms in South America, Holland, and Ethiopia and carry our freshness guarantee.

    Will the arrangement look exactly like the photo?

    It will definitely be if we have all the flowers available in store. The photos we have on our website are handmade by our own florists and we have a standard number of stems per flower arrangement. However, if the flowers are incomplete, we will replace them with another flower comparable and of the same value to the one purchased. Of course, we will inform you, and to ensure full satisfaction, a short video clip will be sent to your Whatsapp or Email once your order is ready.

    What if my chosen flowers are not available?

    Substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers. The substitution of certain flowers may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In Floral arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or tulips, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another colour.

    Will I receive an order confirmation?

    Yes, after you have placed your order from our website we send you an email of your order details and confirmation.

    How would the recipient know the flowers are from me?

    We only print what’s written exactly on the card, so in order for the recipient to know who it is from, you can include your name in the card message.

    How can I track my order?

    You may send a message through Email or WhatsApp to speak with our Customer Service Team to ask the status of your order.
    It is important to give your order number so that we can easily track the delivery status.

    What payment options do you offer?

    We accept online payment through any credit card and KNET. Cash on Delivery is not available

    Do you include the bill with the delivery?

    No, we don’t. We consider all orders as a gift so we don’t include price tags or receipts when we send it, unless you request us to send you a copy of it.
